Under Fine, the revamped women's basketball program has produced high caliber talent earning recognitions including, four players receiving conference honors, four NCCAA All-Regional players, and one NCCAA All-American in the 2008-09 season. In addition to these accomplishments, the CCAC Freshman of the Year award has gone to a TIU player each season under Fine.
