The Lady Trojans lost to the Olivet Nazarene University College today 121-80 despite having five players in double figures.

The Trinity International University's Womens basketball team lost to the Olivet Nazarene College Tigers today 121-80. Five Lady Trojans were in double figures but it wasn't enough to overcome the #14 Tigers potent offense.

The Tigers already lethal offensive scored on easy baskets all game after their defense forced Trinity to turn the ball over 34 times. Trinity was also out rebounded 81-44 which 42 of the 81 for Olivet came on the offensive side of the ball.

TIU (40.2) shot better from the field than the Tigers (38.1) but Olivet just had too many second chance opportunities.

Cassie Glendenning (JR Stillman Valley, IL) had 18 points Brittany Simon (JR Clinton Township, MI) had 13 points while Abby Hemmeger (SO Kokomo, IN) Clarissa Woodard (SO Kokomo, IN) and Jessica Switzer (FR Milwaukee, WI) each added 10.

 The Lady Trojans next contest will be home against Calumet College of St. Josephs on Saturday Jan. 28 at 5:30 P.M.
