BOURBONNAIS, IL - The Trinity International University women's softball team played conference rival, Olivet Nazarene University, on Thursday.
Olivet Nazarene University currently has an overall record of 29-3 and a conference record of 8-0. The Tigers have a solid team this year and have been playing amazingly well.
This was tough for the Trojans, as they struggled to get a run on the scoreboard. The Trojans dropped the first game to the Tigers, 0-8. In the second game, Whitney Folven hit a home run, which would be the Trojans' only run for the day. Trinity still lost the game to Olivet, 1-13.
The Trojans play again on Friday, April 9 at Benedictine University at 3:00pm.
