Chad Ware is no stranger to the running world in the Chicagoland area. Since 2007, Ware has been an Assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach at Northside College Preparatory High School in Chicago, IL. He has enjoyed the dozens of relationships he has established there, mentoring the boys varsity team during daily runs and interactions. Ware helped coach Northside in 2008 to become regional champions.

Ware is a Butler University alumni graduating with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2007. From 2004-2007 Ware was a student-athlete being part of the Butler University Cross Country/Track and Field Team. Success in cross country is not the only area in which Ware is looking for success for his student athletes. As a Trinity Evangelical Divinity School Master of Divinity student emphasizing in pastoral care (projected graduation December, 2010), Ware understands the importance of balancing athletics with studies.

Most importantly Ware is equipped to carry out TIU's mission to "form students to transform the world through Christ."  Ware was a student involved with Campus Crusade for Christ and currently serves at Edgebrook Covenant Church as a Youth Leader.

Ware will be a great addition to the Trinity Athletic Department and is in full stride to make a difference in the cross country world.
