HAMMOND, IN - The Trojan men took care of business on a wet, sloppy field defeating Calumet College 2-1 in CCAC play.
The scoring began for the Trojans when Josh Leandro finished a rebounded Marcio DaCruz shot. However, shortly after Calumet answered back tying up the half.
Both teams entered halftime with a 1-1 tie.
The second half began and Leandro answered again when he finished a nice shot off a flicked pass from Micah Price. The Trojan defense remained steady and kept Calumet from scoring an equalizer. The Trojan men advanced with a 2-1 win.
They will resume play on Saturday, October 31 in Bourbannais for their last season game.
