HAMMOND, IN - Trinity International Women's soccer team finished CCAC play with a 6-0 win over Calumet College of St. Joseph, elevating them to 4th place and earning the right to host an opening round playoff game.
Tuesday was a significant day in the CCAC conference in regard to
play-off seeding. The Lady Trojans took care of business against
Calumet. Trinity's, Rachel Bowker, Diana Anderson, Samantha VanDenack,
Becky Dean, and Hayley Ruklic all contributed to the scoreboard.
Today's
victory and and upset for St. Xavier against Judson advances the TIU
squad to 4th place in the conference. This allows the Lady Trojans to
host the first round of playoffs on Saturday, October 31 against Judson
College with the time TBA.
The Lady Trojans finished their regular season with a record of 8-8-1 and 6-4 in the CCAC conference.
