Apr 22 - TIU Mens Soccer is happy to announce the signing of   Karl Lindblad of  Cottage Grove, MN to play goal keeper beginning in the Fall of 2009.

Lindblad was a 1st team all conference selection in 2008, seving as a captain for his high school squad.  He amasses 174 saves, and an 88.3% save percentage, both of which led the conference.

He is a member of the Cottage Grove Wolfpack Soccer Club, training there from 2000-2008.  He helped lead the Wolfpack to a 2006 State Championship.

Lindblad will study sports medicine and athletic training and has interest in a career in missions work.
